I'm so happy that we at last decided to buy waffle maker :) We had one before but it doesn't work anymore... But now I can make waffles for breakfast. And I already did it two times this week! So good!
I took a recipe from Emilie Raffa's book "Artisan Sourdough". I already baked some bread from this book and enjoyed it a lot. A good book.
