Oat cookies

I  don't know why I never follow a recipe... Or I do it very seldom. Sometimes it goes wrong. But sometimes I get a very delicious meal. Like these cookies.
The original recipe was with butter, honey and oat flour. Mine includes coconut oil, agave syrup and jumbo porridge oats...
Of course, the dough wasn't smooth and didn't hold together... It was like granola... So I used only half of the dough for cookies. But they look like cookies after they were baked :) Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.
I baked the other half like a pie with frozen strawberries, black currents and sea buckthorns. You know, it's even better than cookies...
So, I need to try one more time before sharing the changed recipe.
