I made some dough yesterday and this morning I baked the pizza...
I took a recipe from "The Italian vegetable cookbook" by Michele Scicolone.
The dough wasn't the best I'd ever made but garlicky sauteed mushrooms were amazing! I found only Taleggio cheese in local shops. Fontina cheese was substituted by Gouda :) Not bad :)
