Summer dinner :)
Mushroom sauce/sauteed:
- onion
- mushroom
- Turkish yogurt or 10% cream
- salt, black pepper
- fresh dill
Salad:
- tomato
- cucumber
- red onion
- dill
- Turkish yogurt
Homemade pasta:
- 1 egg
- 100 g durum wheat flour
Knead for about 20 minutes, let it rest for 1 hour. Roll and make pasta.
