When we lived in Belarus we used to visit Vilnius, Lithuania, very often. I liked to take this cake every time when we were there. Delicious, flavourful, sweet cake! I recommend it!
Now we don't go there and I cannot buy it again so I decided I must learn how to make it at home. I baked it once already. It was good and tasty but making dough took long time. So this time I decided to taste this cake with filo dough from a shop. It wasn't a good idea. Too dry. Too bland. I will make it again with dough from the scratch and will enjoy it with a cup of tea :)
