I've learned so much about cooking this year. This baked chicken was something special! So juicy! I marinated it in teriyaki sauce during the night and put this chicken on a glass jar filled with water and baked it in the oven during 2 hours, 160° C.
My oven is not too high, and I had to put some foil on the top of the chicken for the last 30-40 min, so that it would not burn.
